Founded in 1998 by Thomas Shreyer, B-level is a privately held company servicing the Central Ohio area. For almost two decades, B-level has offered concrete lifting and leveling services as an alternative to the replacement of concrete slabs. This quick and economical method of repair has helped thousands of our customers save time and money.
In 2002, Tom Shreyer expanded B-Level’s services to include basement and foundation repair by becoming a certified Ram Jack dealer. Our foundation repair services include the installation of helical and friction piles, steel beam installation, and carbon fiber reinforcement. B-Level also specializes in interior and exterior basement waterproofing.
