Thomas Shreyer – Owner

Tom Shreyer Thomas founded B-Level, Ltd. in 1998. Starting out Tom had a simple goal: to provide cost-effective solutions to concrete repair. With the help of his son, and other co-workers, B-Level has provided concrete repair services for thousands of customers throughout the Central Ohio area.

Thomas began his career in 1971 as an enlisted soldier in The United Sates Army. After serving two years in Europe, he returned to Ohio to attend The Ohio State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in agriculture. Upon graduation, he joined Landmark, Ohio’s largest egg processor, as a plant foreman in 1975. Following a series of promotions, he was hired as executive vice president of operations and marketing of AgriGeneral in 1995, where he worked until his most recent entrepreneurial endeavors with B-Level.

In 2002, Tom expanded B-Level’s services by making it a certified Ram Jack dealer and is still actively involved with the day to day activities. Tom oversees the sales and operations for our Foundation Repair division.

Jacob Shreyer – Co-Owner/ President

Jacob Shreyer

Having been with B-Level from the very beginning, Jacob has played a significant role in assisting Tom with developing the concept for, and starting up, the business in 1998. Today, he oversees the company’s Sales, Marketing, Fiscal Management, and Production for our Concrete and Basement Repair divisions.

Jacob has spent the last 25 years working in the concrete and foundation repair industry. He holds a license in foundation evaluation and pier installation from Ram Jack, LLC

Prior to joining B-level, Jacob attended Ohio University to pursue a business degree and served in the U.S. Army Reserves as a finance specialist.
