Sump Pumps and Battery Backup Systems

A sump pump’s main job is to help prevent flooding and keep your basement dry. The pump collects water in a basin, or pit, and then moves the water away from the structure. Most sump pumps turn on automatically due to a pressure sensor or float activator in the system. As the sump pit fills with

    Structural vs Non-Structural Foundation Cracks

Not all cracks are created equal. Cracks in your foundation can typically be classified into two categories: structural cracks and non-structural cracks. Both can be worrisome to a homeowner who is not sure what might be going on. Not all cracks cause structural damage. Non-structural cracks are typically cosmetic and don’t require major repair.

Superior service and quality. Dealing with Jacob couldn’t have been any better. More materials and time spent on my basement project for a better price than competitors. Very highly recommended.

I had 3 different companies out to inspect a block wall in my basement. B Level was the last company I got a quote from. I was impressed with the owners knowledge and the fact that he visits customers homes. He pointed out an important observation that other larger and more reputable companies overlooked. Their quote was the most competitive and I trusted their process over what I heard from the other companies. My trust only deepened after they completed the work. I really appreciated the pre install inspection to make sure there were no delays on the install day. The installation was absolutely perfect and everything I expected. I highly recommend B-Level for any basement block wall fixes!

B-Level has done work throughout our neighborhood and I finally decided to have them fix my unlevel sidewalk. They were very detailed in what needed to be done, got my approval and did the work exactly as I hoped it would be done. Great company and I am extremely pleased with the results. Highly recommend!

As a Realtor, finding a good and honest contractor for a repair is a difficult task. My seller needed to make a repair to the home she was selling. We had an estimate in hand but wanted to get one more quote. BLevel was quick to respond to estimate the job. Not only did the estimate come in less but they also were available to complete the job in a timely manner. Thank you for your professionalism and quality of repairs. Happy buyer! Happy seller! Happy Realtors!

I have now allowed some time to pass to see how their work would hold up before leaving a review. Let me tell you it looks just like when they did it well over a year ago now. Perfect job! Thank you for coming all this way!
