We are officially celebrating our 23rd year in business!
B-Level was founded in 1998 by Thomas Shreyer and his son Jacob Shreyer. We are locally owned and operated from a small town called Baltimore, which is about 20 miles southeast of Columbus, Ohio. We have been servicing the Central Ohio area for over two decades now. When B-Level started, we offered concrete lifting and leveling services as an alternative to the replacement of concrete slabs. We designed our trucks to meet our specific needs and were able to offer our customers a cost-effective way to repair their concrete. In 2002, we expanded our services to include basement and foundation repair. We have now been a certified RamJack dealer for 20 years.
Tom and Jacob both worked with the crews for many years and continue to be hands-on today. They have been able to expand our services to now include not only lifting and leveling of concrete, but concrete grinding, concrete caulking, power washing, downspout lateral scoping, crawlspace encapsulation, installation of egress windows, downspout lateral replacements, interior and exterior waterproofing, basement wall stabilization, and the installation of helicial piles.
23 years later, a large portion of our customer base are either repeat customers or customers that have been referred to us. This is important to us as we pride ourselves in providing the best customer service, never using high pressure sales tactics, and always keeping the customer’s best interest in mind. We have completed over 12,000 jobs in Central Ohio these last 22 years.
Today, B-Level continues to be a family ran business. Three generations of Shreyer’s now work at B-Level with the addition of Jacob’s two sons who work part-time during the summer when they are not in school. We are all thankful for the continued support throughout these past 22 years and look forward to continuing to serve the Central Ohio area for your concrete lifting, basement and foundation needs!
